In an initiative to drive and increase the occupancy of their Midlands' buildings, for 2009 only CEG are offering a £1 per sq ft fee for agents for each successsful acquisition of CEG premises for their clients. If preferred the fee can be dontated to charity.

Money Advice Trust (National Debt Line) have expanded their operation at Tricorn House by taking a further 5,033 sq ft on the 6th floor. They currently occupy 15,000 sq ft on the whole of the 8th floor and employ 120 advisors which is expected to increase to around 170.
CEG have also signed up independent sandwich retailer, Philpotts, as new operators of the café on the ground floor of Tricorn House.
Dudley PCT have taken 4,057 sq ft of newly refurbished office space on the ground floor of Falcon House.
